TAP v1.1 - References Suggestion

Hi James, all,
in case it's useful, I attach the pdf built from current svn repo.

I'm not sure whether Pat as some uncommitted fresher version
on his machine. I suppose he's quite busy now with interop
organization tasks.

architecture diagram.
