Change of IP address for eSTAR servers

At some point on Monday 13th December the IP addresses of the eSTAR  
servers at Exeter will be changing, and the servers themselves will be  
physically moved to a neighbouring machine room.

The crucial one for those of you connected to the eSTAR Event Broker  
is the address of estar6.astro.ex.ac.uk., which will change from  
144.173.231.44 -> 144.173.143.17.

There may be some period of DNS disruption surrounding the event,  
however if you connect to the broker using the hostname you should be  
more or less okay. However if you use the IP address you'll need to  
make configuration changes after the 13th to continue to connect.
