Theory Interest Group revival at Strasbourg Interop

Hello Hendrik,

After taking a break for a few years, I’m going to start participating 
in Interops again. So I’m also interested in a Theory session or, if 
that’s not possible, some informal discussions to see where things stand 
with the SimDM and SimDAL updates.

Let’s stay in touch.

Who’s requesting a session at IVOA? Simon (the last chair I guess)?
