Theory Interest Group revival at Strasbourg Interop

Hello Hendrik,

This is very timely to revive the Theory IG.

David Languignon is working on a SimDAL 2.0 to clarify the standard and facilitate the development of APIs to query SimDAL/SimDM repositories.
Also, we planned to update SimDM since some parts need upgrades since several years.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the InterOp in person because of another meeting in parallel. Can you try to have the session an afternoon between the Tuesday and the Thursday, so that I will be able to participate in Zoom.

Best regards
Franck
