Theory Interest Group revival at Strasbourg Interop

Dear all,

In the past years the Theory IG was dormant. I think it is time to 
chance this and try to build an active Theory community. For this I 
suggest we have a Theory IG Session at the next Interop in Strasbourg, 
France.

My personal interest is would be in the following topics:

- Current state of SimDM and it's future
- Interoperability and Discovery of Mock data and synthetic data products
- AI assisted HPC

For the Theory IG to thrive it would be necessary to build a thriving 
community. So it would be great if we not only have a Session, but also 
actively encourage scientists in this field to get involved into IVOA 
efforts.
