Ivoa note about S3 protocol for microsimulations

Hi Carlos,

just a short comment. the reference who give for SimDB is certainly not 
the good one. Indeed that IVOA note is about "how to promote SimDB as a 
standard" but not a description of the tentative standard itself. I 
guess it's better to refer to the WD on the volute repository as for SimDAP.
