Ivoa note about S3 protocol for microsimulations

Hi all

we, at the "microsimulations subgroup", have prepared an 
IVOA Note about the S3 protocol for microsimulations. We 
talked about that in Trieste and in the last Garching 
workshop and will address the subject again in Baltimore.

The Note intends to give a formal description of the 
protocol so that in can be discussed in more depth by 
everybody interested.

We intend to submit the note before the end of the week so 
it is already available during the Baltimore meeting. Sorry 
for the short notice.

Find the pdf document attached. Any comment, suggestion or 
contribution will be welcome.
