the UCD-list ,
distributed as Propose Endorsed Note.

This Proposed Endorsed Note is in the last step for validation by TCG .
This UCD list of terms has been prepared following the UCD maintenance 
procedure and discussed in the Semantics working group.

The abstract describes in short  the historical path of the document.

We would be very grateful if you could review the document, provide 
comments and suggestions and help us to promote it to an Endorsed Note.

We are looking forward to your comments till May 21.
