This Proposed Endorsed Note is in the last step for validation by
TCG .<br>
This UCD list of terms has been prepared following the UCD
maintenance procedure and discussed in the Semantics working
group.<br>
<br>
The abstract describes in short the historical path of the
document.<br>
<br>
We would be very grateful if you could review the document,
provide comments and suggestions and help us to promote it to an
Endorsed Note.<br>
<br>
