VocInVO2: Desise change, License

...which poses a bit of a challenge for the standards author.  While
I'm tying to conform to British spelling in the document, I have to
end up at the Dublin Core term dc:license at some point in the
software.  And of course, as someone who looks at source code now and
then and on the other hand not seeing off-licences daily on the way
to work I have licen*s*e firmly burnt into my visual memory.

My compromise: licen*c*e in the running text, licen*s*e in formal
language.

If someone commits something else to

occurrances in Vocabularies and voc-source), I'm happy with anything.
