Semantics sessions @ Strasbourg interop

Hi Sebastien -

  We've not heard whether the Spectral Classes note is on
the agenda or not, so please place it on the agenda for
promotion. Unhappily MAST money is frozen so no one
from MAST will be attending (as of today, anyway).
