Semantics sessions @ Strasbourg interop

Hi,

I wish we could.  Now it turns out that it is not financially possible.  Too
bad, I really wanted to hear what many people had to speak about.  Also,
presenting Tenagra as a full time automated scope since 1992 would have been
nice.
