New Registry/directory services at VAO/STScI

Hi Theresa,

Just in case you have some time and we can look into the problems, I am
having while trying to check/edit my services in that new interface,
apparently the same problem IRSA people are having, and if we will be able
to sort it out, I can share it with them too.
