RegTAP ready for RFC?

Dear all,

I fully agree with Ray on the necessity to put the successive versions 
of the document on the document repository at these stages of its life 
and at "check points". It is important for external people interested, 
but also for ourselves  to be able to follow the standard history from a 
single point source.
