I thought I had fixed it, but I did see a problem that I that might 
have been letting vt still get through, so I just updated one more 
time.

RI does not require schemaLocation on harvest (allowing registries 
some flexibility as to where to put them in search results).  I 
believe we're currently inconsistent on this point, including with 
records in the RofR.  Do you have a preference?  I would be happy to 
added them if you would prefer.
