While there has been little progress on the matter since the Trieste 
meeting, the VOEvent group is still interested in registration of 
VOEventStreams and VOEventServers.

The Stream contains the metadata describing all the events from a common 
source -- meaning of parameters, author, etc. The Server has an endpoint 
for resolvng events, querying events, etc.
