Registry interop sessions 1 & 2

Many thanks to Ray and Paul for leading the first two sessions of the
Registry Interop meetings and to everyone involved for their active and
useful participation. 

I've uploaded my notes from those sessions and would ask all those present
to check them out for me. The agreements taken in the sessions will form
part of the roadmap we agree Thursday afternoon.
