General Web services in Registry schema

Hi guys, 

I expected the VODataService schema to next on the list to be revised.  In 
particular, we need to incorporate the change in meaning of accessURL for 
the WebService interface as agreed upon in Pune.  I'm also expecting that 
it will be affected by the discussion of the Universal Worker 
Service idea (UWS)--i.e., VODataService (or whatever replaces it) would 
likely be the place to integrate UWS in.
