Resource-name semantics

Hi,

I'm in the process of drafting some plans for Community and MySpace in
AstroGrid-2. I needed to tie down the semantics of the resource names, so I've
written a page on the IVOA wiki-web with some proposed rules: wiki-word
ResourceNameSemantics.
