Feedback on Harvesting - providing metadata to harvest

Hi all
We at the ROE were trying to fill in some example metadata for the 6dF archive,
for harvesting, but are finding it difficult to understand what the fields are
for. Is there a document describing each element? We found this:
http://nvo.ncsa.uiuc.edu/VO/schemas/xs3p-v0.8.3/VOResource-v0.8.3.html
But it doesn't really go into enough detail for non-registry experts - eg the
element "Identifier" is given as "Unambiguous reference to the resource
conforming to the IVOA standard for identifiers" but we can't tell without more
searching about what the scope of the resource is (table? single archive? all
the archives?).
Cheers,
Martin
