Hi all,

(Thanks for the heads up.)  I did two things with the numbering.  First 
was to jump the 2nd field to match the version of the RM document; that 
is, this version is nominally based on v0.8 of that document.  The extra 
".1" is to indicate a progression from RM v0.8.  As we get comments back 
on the schema, we'll increment the 3rd field.  Eventually, these changes 
will be incorporated into the next version of the RM.  At that time we 
will increment both the RM and the schema to v0.9.  

Note, of course, that v0.8.1 has some significant changes from RM v0.8, 
but I didn't want to jump the gun on the versioning.  A summary of the 
changes can be reviewed in
