Rwp01/Rwp05-Suggestions for doc stds

Hi Tony & Bob,

since I haven't been at the meeting in London, but noticed that the 
technical leads are supposed to take care of
- "Rwp05: Implementation coordination"
let me chip in two questions:

1. Are these doc standards intended for use by all IVO working groups?
(I would hope so.)

2. Did we define how to distinguish between science cases, use cases, 
and test cases?
Are there relationships in that there should be >=1 use case per science 
case and >=1 test case per use case?
