Registry wiki pages

After posting the following, I was informed that an IVOA wiki is under
construction. Marco is still working out some bugs in it but I have
transferred all the pages hosted at the astrogrid wiki to this one.

The pages start from the interoperability page:
  http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IvoaInteroperability

With the registry pages starting at:
  http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IvoaRegistry

Please use this site if you want to make changes, add pages etc. The
tool used is the same as for AstroGrid (TWiki) so you don't need to
learn a new shorthand. You can register on this site at:
  http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/TWikiRegistration

The site is fairly flaky using IE so I would advise you to use the
latest release (1.2.1) of Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org).

Cheers,
Tony.
