[Ops] ops mailing list

Hi Marco,

I have not received any mail from the ops mailing list at any time.   My 
current hypothesis is only the
tam addresses are working and that non of the direct NASA addresses 
are.  My guess is that this has been true since the mailing lists were 
transferred last year, but I don't have records from back that far to 
confirm.

Any thoughts on what could be causing the mail to fail?  I wonder if 
there are other direct NASA addresses that are working.

Until the direct NASA addresses I don't think it makes sense to try to 
consolidate under those.  If anything I should be thinking about using 
the milkyway or lheapop addresses (I believe these are now aliases to 
the same machine but were different long ago). However if we could get 
the direct NASA addresses to work that would be best.
