Dear Tom,
here is Marco Molinaro (I do some tech work for Giulia related to IVOA
web assets and services).
I'm enlisted in ops at ivoa.net to test the list preparation and
following a bit the email troubles we/you're facing.

Thanks to your further info on your emails I can see (on the mailman lists):

Thomas.A.McGlynn at nasa.gov found in:
     obs-tap
     voql
     wgchairs
     semantics
     ivoa-trusted
Tom.McGlynn at nasa.gov found in:
     apps-samp
     ops
tam at lheapop.gsfc.nasa.gov found in:
     dal
     interop
     dm
     votable
     ivoa-trusted
tam at milkyway.gsfc.nasa.gov found in:
     dal
     interop
     ivoa-trusted
thomas.a.mcglynn at nasa.gov found in:
     registry

So, really, apart from case sensitiveness and 'client' side aliasing,
it seems you have 3 (2? if lheapop and milkyway are the same) mail
addresses sparse on the IVOA lists and duplicating your membership on
dal and interop.

We can easily group you up in one, I suppose that tom.mcglynn at nasa.gov
would be ok; is this ok for you?

One think, on the other hand, that I didn't get is: did you actually
receive the previous mail sent to ops at ivoa.net or only the one
directed specifically to your personal account?
I'll send another mail to ops 'only' to let you check once more (will
send it simultaneously to this one).

Regards
     Marco
