[Media] Actions from June 2017 Media group/Exec telecon

Hi Janet,

Apologies for the late response. I realized that 1500 UTC is 10am EST a bit
late. Here's a status update on the website side of things. (Media folks,
please feel free to correct or add anything I've missed!)

Not much work has been done on the full site organization. Main focus is on
the front page, making sure we highlight the important / useful info from
the home page.
