[Media] VO handouts -- what tools/services to highlight? Draft for **Dec 19**

Hi Jamie,

Thank you for the new version. I like it very much.

The only problem I see is which tools to display. A reasonable approach
would be to highlight those that are most popular among the community. 
According to the VOpubs service
(https://sdc.cab.inta-csic.es/vopubs/jsp/search.jsp) these tools would
be (in decreasing order of popularity):

TOPCAT

Aladin / Vizier

VOSA

STILTS


TOPCAT and Aladin are included but I am missing VOSA in the handout.
