TapHandle 2.0 released

I'm pleased to inform your that a new version of TapHandle has been released.

This work has been focused on the look and feel:
- The home page has been totally redesigned to provide a straightforward access to the databases.
- The presentation of the connected databases has been improved with a direct access to the meta-data and a display of the 
working capabilities.
- The query forms have been clarified with a lighter style.
- A lot of other widgets have been redesigned.

The development has been done by P. Kobersi on a summer internship.
