IVOA website downtime

Happy Friday, Interop....

The new IVOA website has been deployed to http://www.ivoa.net. Thanks to
Norman, Markus, and Pat for testing, and Steven Lo at Caltech for his
sysadmin support of the switchover. Everything seems to be up and working,
but if you see anything broken, please let me know.
