SimDM RFC update and period extended

Dear colleagues,

According to the comment received so far during the RFC, the Simulation 
Data model and its implementation documents have been revised.

The last version of the document is available as a Proposed 
Recommendation at :

http://www.ivoa.net/cgi-bin/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/SimRFC

and will soon be available on the IVOA Documents page.

The RFC period is extended until 12th October.
