RFC for Registry StandardsRegExt

Hi  IVOA,

This message is to announce the beginning of the RFC for the Proposed Recommendation "StandardsRegExt:  A VOResource Schema Extension for Describing IVOA Standards Version 1.0".  The RFC period is from April 14 - May 14, 2011.  The page for comments on the specification can be found at:

note,  due to the automated renaming of the upload file in the IVOA document system,  you may notice variation in the date of the html file linked on the document site,  and the reference page file date (March 23 vs. March 16).  All files are the same so i apologize for any confusion,  this was my first attempt at completing the process ;)
