Hi Janet, all,

Thank you for your email.
On point 2 Mireille and I have a caution. Mireille is not at work today, 
that's why I am writing.
We are currently working on an access method section which is not ready 
yet. I think it was admitted a couple of meetings ago that we could do that.
So can we wait another week before it's completed or do we have to send 
it as an addendum to the note ?
