[Heig] 3 important coordination announcements ...

Hi Folks,

3 things ...
	1) I have entered a draft schedule for the Obscore Extension Interop Plenary … see: https://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/InterOpJune2026HEIG
		- I’m currently working with Mark K to settle on a Radio contribution
		- We have 30 minutes dedicated to a Panel discussion after our talk and demonstrations

	2) In order to have an effective session, the HEIG note needs to be sent to the IVOA.  We’re already late with this.
            I plan to send the HEIG Note to the IVOA mail list this Wednesday (5/20).  If you have any final tweaks, please complete your updates by COB Tuesday.  

	3) We have a **HEIG meeting** scheduled for this Friday (5/22) @13:00 UTC.  Our plan is to see everyone’s demo.  The time limit is 10 mins each.
            It’s OK if they are not polished … let’s see what we have to bring to the meeting.
		- Ian - CSC demo
		- Mathieu - HESS demo
		- Jutta - Neutrino demo
