[Heig] HEIG input request and vote for time to present Dataset/DataCube model

All,

I thought I'd ping this up to the top of everyone's mail list on the
assumption that people will be returning from vacations soon.
We have a few respondents to the doodle poll, but not nearly enough to set
a date... please attend to that at your earliest convenience.
