Prov-WD: Harmonize name of descriptive column and lowercase first char in table

Hi again,
in almost all tables, the "Description" resp. "Comment" columns of the
tables start with lowercase (unless for names).
The exceptions are table 9, pg. 20 (Agent roles), and table 11, pg. 23
(ActivityDescription types). For table 11, a patch is attached.
Table 9 is different since it contains sentences ("The agent published
this entity"); however without a trailing period. Q to native english
speakers: what is the rule here? (in german, a sentence must have a period).
Also, the descriptive column is sometimes called "Description" (like
table 15, pg. 25), but sometimes "Comment" (like table 9, pg. 20). The
second patch harmonizes this by consequently using "Description".
The third patch removes the trailing period from some entries in table
15, pg.25 that were not sentences.
