Prov-WD: ValueEntityDescription: "default" attribute has unclear description

Hi again,

the class ValueDescription (table 18, pg.28) contains the attribute
"default" with the description:

"the default value of the value entity as a string whose value can be
interpreted by the valueType attribute"

The exact meaning here is however unclear: A "default" is usually
applicable, when the value itself is missing. But the corresponding
"value" attribute of the "ValueEntity" class (table 17, pg.27) is
mandatory, so it can't be missing.
