Prov-WD: Type mismatch for "unit" between text and figures

Hi all,

the attributes "unit" in ValueDescription and ParameterDescription is of
type "string" in the tables (Table 18, pg.28 and Table 20, pg. 31), but
"Unit" in the figures. This should be harmonized.
