Prov-WD: "package" unexplained in modeling_conventions.tex

Hi again,

since it was proposed to keep the problems separately, here comes the
next one:

The ActivityConfiguration chapter refers to the VO-DML "package", but
this is not explained in the modeling conventions. A patch to fix this
is attached.

However, the names used in the Modelling conventions (and probably in
the data model description) differ from the names used in VO-DML; for
example, VO-DML doesn't use "Class", but "ObjectType". IMO this should
be somehow consistent. At least, we should mention this somehow in
modelling_conventions.tex
