Prov-WD: Remove "not-null" hint from EntityDescription table

EntityDescription only has optional attributes now, so the hint
"Attributes in bold must not be null." needs to be removed there. Patch
is attached.

Generally, we should somehow solve the mismatch between "optional" and
"may be null" between VO-DML and PDF. I would prefer to always use the
term "optional".
