Provenance DM: WD stage ended

Ole,

I have nothing to add to the previous answer. ProvTAP will come in time 
and will have to adapt to the new ProvDM as long as this one allows 
correct description of provenace metadata in various contexts.

ProvTAP is anyway a DAL spec proposal BASED on ProvDM, but it's another 
project.
