Prov-WD: Type mismatch for "unit" between text and figures

Hi again,

as a followup here: UCD is similar in a way that there exists a "ucd" 
primitiveType in VO-DML that should be used here instead of the generic 
string. Also, for both cases the description should make clear that 
using the VO-DML types instead of a string is not optional, so in 

unit | string | physical unit, see […] for recommended unit representation

the "recommended unit representation" should be removed. And, finally
this is not limited to physical units; I would replace the "phycical"
by "IVOA".

A patch that changes both types, makes them mandatory and replaces the
"physical" is attached.
