Prov-WD: Separation of possible values in ParameterDescription.options and ValueDescription.options

Hi,

there is a problem with the attributes "option" of the
ParameterDescription (table 20, pg.31) and ValueDescription (table 18,
pg.28) classes. They are described as

"comma separated list of possible values"

However what happens when the value itself contains a value? Use case: A
parameter that takes a distinct set (semicolon, comma, tab, space) to
specify the delimiter for an (input or output) CSV file.

Setting the multiplicity of the "option" attribute to "unbound" and
storing each possible value individually would solve this. The need to
parse a string is IMO quite ugly.

Also, the indvidual options cannot be described, making the description
incomplete.
