Spectral DM 2.0: TCG review feedback

Severin,

The Spectral data model has no dependence on any of the access protocols.
There is mention of SSA (and TAP) in examples of a possible usage for
certain elements, I found no need to mention AccessData or FAP.  SSA is
certainly dependent on Spectrum, and may be due for a revision/review when
Spectral becomes a REC, where it may incorporate elements of FAP and/or
AccessData.
