Editing On line Characterization metadata with CAMEA

   Aladin server and other databases are now able to give
on line access to characterization metadata for images and
other data products. CAMEA the characterization editor is
now able to get characterization metadata from these sites
by PLASTIC communication with VO portals such as Aladin, 
VOSPEC or TOPCAT.
