Characterization WD: ready for PR?

Dear DM group,
 The IVOA Working Draft of the Characterization Data Model was 
posted to the group by Mireille on May 9 (1 week ago). 
Although technical difficulties have prevented it from appearing
on the IVOA documents web page, it remains available at
http://alinda.u-strasbg.fr/Model/Characterisation/CharacterisationWD2007May/

WE INTEND TO PROMOTE THIS DOCUMENT TO PROPOSED RECOMMENDATION
IF NO SUBSTANTIVE COMMENTS ARE RECEIVED. Please review the document
and post your comments to the group by 22 MAY 2007. At that time
we expect to open the RFC.
