HDX data model

Greetings,

I'm going to be talking in the Tuesday DM session at the IVOA meeting
next week, about work we in Starlink[1] have been doing on a data
model, and data access layer, called HDX.

I've put some notes about the model, along with a
pointer to Javadocs describing the data access, at

(unfortunately, that's not a long-term URL, and will probably
migrate).
