Dear DAL,

notes from yesterday's DAL running meeting are now

Discussion topics touched:
- a couple of issues on ConeSearch (which will
have a follow up by email in the near future)
- a report on ADQL progress
- another one on SODA revision to start (that will
probably be a topic for the next running meeting)
- few words on DataLink status
- ideas on TimeSeries discovery and access updates
- brainstorming on community engagement

Potential date for next running meeting: Wed. 24 Feb. 2021
(this time it will be more US friendly).

Please don't hesitate to contribute topics, from standards
feedback to whatever DAL work you'd like to discuss with
DAL members.
