ConeSearch - UCD1+ switch - update

Dear DAL,

in view of moving the required UCDs for response's
FIELDs in ConeSearch to the UCD1+ specification,
while investigating the compatibility of that
change with current data providers usage, it turned
out the the actual issue with that change is not
directly the change in itself:

- ID_MAIN / meta.id;meta.main
- POS_EQ_RA_MAIN / pos.eq.ra;meta.main
- POS_EQ_DEC_MAIN / pos.eq.dec;emat.main
- OBS_ANG-SIZE / phys.angSize;obs

but how currently the concept of a main identifier
for a record in the catalogue is considered:

- catalogue internal unique identifiers
- globally/universally unique identifiers
- no need for unique or main identifiers
