Multi-dimensional Data Access minimal requirements

I see.  That is an unusual use case in my opinion (querying based upon
spectral resolution would likely be more common), but it is true that we
have no easy way to support such a query now.  Fine with me if we add a
FOV constraint parameter, the value being a range in decimal degrees.
