How to consume TAP and SIAP for lightcurve survey ?

Hi Doug,

Sorry for some confusion - in my original post I was describing the whole
survey asking for different parts - I wanted to use Obscore as a table
converted from observing logs - but recently I realized there is no
working example of ObsTAP service.
Then I supposed to make database with large table describing all stars in
survey (coordinates, time, magnitude in filters) and use TP and ADQL to
select given object in given filter and prepare vector obtained as a table
to TOPCAT TAP query - which could be directly ploted as a light curve.
If time permits we want to wrap this result for every star as well as a
more complicated file (perhaps SDM2.0 -like) hoping that more advanced
tools like Iris will use it ...
And then it came some confusion from Francois about SIAP2 mentioned by
myself as well in relation to Aladin ...

exactly this I had in mind

OK - so as I understand - there will be only SDM2.0 as a model for
describing all the photometry and time series and spectra and the SIAP2
will be a protocol for accessing all this ?

It would be nice to see lightcurve surveys like Catalina, KEPLER, COROT
,HIPPARCHOS, OGLE (and Gaia) consumable in the same way as local
measurements by the same powerful client
like is presented in VAO demo using web service.
Anyway thanks for explanation
